BTB Jansky follows a holistic approach which includes technical processes on one side and organizational and operational structuring on the other side. Technical and organizational processes can only be analyzed in a comprehensive and transparent manner based on validated process data, relevant documentation and communication with company staff.

OPTIMIZATION

BTB Jansky disposes over long-time and expansive project experience in the energy generating sector. With this background, the optimization of technical and organizational processes can be performed by comparing the project plant to the industry’s best practice plant. In this regard it is imperative to adhere to common process inventory standards between the plants of the benchmark analysis.

IMPLEMENTATION

The generated optimization concepts can only be successfully implemented in the organization while at the same time creating a sense of awareness‚ comprehension and acceptance for the company’s employees. The changes need to be lived‚ i.e. the new processes have to be positively relevant for the staff’s day-to-day business.

TRANSPARENCY IN THERMODYNAMIC PROCESSES

In order to optimize thermal plant processes‚ BTB Jansky applies the methodology of process data reconciliation according to the German guideline VDI 2048. The reconciled process data equal - with the highest likelihood possible - the true process values. The application software PROCESSPLUS ® developed by BTB Jansky offers an intuitive and comprehensive visualization of all process information to a broad user group in the organization. Consequently the users gain access to process data which has not been accessible or non-existing before or was only available without quality control. BTB Jansky calls this “data democratization” within an organization.

Only in such way can we ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and establish confidence in our products. Our quality management has also been audited according to Canadian quality codes N286.7 and Z299.1. In addition, our data reconciliation products and services are certified in accordance with the German guideline VDI 2048 (2017).
We commit ourselves to complying with national and international legal requirements and regulations for export control. Under no circumstances may the export, brokerage, transfer or transit of goods performed on behalf of the company violate the legal provisions of the Federal Republic of Germany and the EU applicable to the control of dual-use trade.
